“If it doesn’t exist, make it”
Hey guys! My name is Elsa, and I’m the blogger behind ‘A Mind Full Of Ink’. I’m fourteen and (obviously) I LOVE writing. My favorite thing to do is curl up on the sofa with a hot chocolate and write poems, monologues or short stories, usually full of creepy plot-twists where the main character dies at the end (oops?).The idea for this blog was born when I was searching for a place to publish my writing, and I struggled to find any journal or online platform where an aspiring writer could publish their fiction without fuss or fee. Well, I don’t know where I’d heard the quote before, but I remembered someone telling me, “If it doesn’t exist, make it”, so I did. Welcome to ‘A Mind Full Of Ink’, a blog where anyone can publish their fiction, no fuss, no fee. Just visit the ‘contact’ page and send me your work. Not a writer? You can still enjoy reading the weekly posts under the ‘workshop’ category, and leave a comment on how you found the story. And if you’re stuck on a homework assignment, or just interested in world news, the ‘blog’ category discusses anything from how to combat writer’s block to the latest political scandal.
I hope you enjoy the blog, and I look forward to reading your fiction/feedback!
